By day the compound is alive with the sound of saws and machinery while at night there’s only the occasional watchman.
A large compound on the town’s edge near the forest. Protragdon lumber is run by Ciph who employs his three boys and another eighty or so local in harvesting wood. The business has been in his family for several generations and the Protagdons pride themselves on both their old-fashioned but well maintained timber machinery and their careful stewardship of the forest, ensuring they never take too much.
