D7 - Cold Reflection (Combat)

Cold Reflection
A grav train hurtles across the frozen sea. Vital supplies for the war effort smuggled off world. It is several hundred meters of polished metal shuddering at the slight dips in elevation below. But there is a problem. The train is crawling with Mandalorians.
This combat event is open to 4 players.
Location: The ice of the Frozen Sea
Premise: The players need to catch up to and then board a grav-train before reclaiming it from the Neo-Crusaders!
Opposition: 1 Mandalorian Wing Commander, 1 Mandalorian on a heavy repeating blaster, 2 groups of three Mandalorian Crusaders.
Players start mounted on speeder bikes at long range from the train and the hostile NPCs. They can choose any amount of bikes and each bike can sit one passenger (it is highly recommended one of the two characters on a bike can drive it). To successfully reach and board the train each bike must successfully complete two piloting ground checks in a row at average difficulty with two setback ◆◆ ■■ . A bike with two riders can attempt two piloting in one turn, one from each pilot. Otherwise the riders can choose to fire upon the Mandalorians who will benefit from +2 ranged defence from cover.
The Mandalorian on the heavy repeating blaster will randomly target one character a turn while you are trying to board, so time is of the essence!
Once two successful sequential piloting checks have been made it’s time to board! Characters will need to roll their choice of a hard athletics or coordination roll with one setback . Characters with the force jump ability or who can fly may upgrade their roll 3 times. Success means you land on your feet within short range of the Mandalorians, failure means you land prone within short range of the Mandalorians. A Triumph may be used to dramatically kick one of the minions in a group off the train in addition to its usual uses.
From there you merely need to defeat the Mandalorians!
