The Starboard Officer's Quarters have been repaired thanks to the hard work of The Hopers. This formally luxurious room of leather seating and multiple inbuilt bars is now more of a cozy hideaway with a number of homemade additions.
A series of small pods have been created with donated and repaired furniture offering members some privacy as they relax while the bar has been dismounted from the wall and is now open (within reason) to visiting Hopers.
A pool table has been added down one end as well as various other cantina games.
The biggest change is that the Officer's Quarters are now open to everyone provided they keep the place clean, keep the noise down and do not interrupt General Novar when he's drinking his brandy.
Officer’s Quarters Special Rule: 1 boost to a roll to heal a crit 1/session per player per session
