The Republic reels from the ferocious assault of Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders!
Dozens of systems are lost to the marauding conquerors, with the senate slow to respond as Republican forces are destroyed piecemeal.
After two crushing defeats, a ragtag force is formed by the determined survivors, bringing together soldiers, militia and citizens desperate to stop the Mandalorians from their drive towards the core systems.
The frigid but strategically important planet of Obroa-Skai is the last chance to stop the Neo-Crusaders.
This is your Last Stand.
Game Information
You will play one of the brave fighters of the 'Hopers' a tattered Republic battleforce fighting the Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders during Star Wars' Old Republic era.
Your goal is simple, to liberate the planet of Obroa-Skai and prevent a Mandalorian victory that would be crushing for the Republic.
To do this you will take part in a variety of combat and non-combat events defeating the Neo-Crusaders four leaders.
Characters can be from any Republic fighting force, the local militia, Jedi (and Temple Rangers and support staff) as well as locals from the besieged planet who have gone to meet them. Much of the action will take place in and around Kandra's Run, a small town on Obroa-Skai.
This game will have a conflict focus (although with plenty of non-combat scenes). Characters who can perform well in a fight are encouraged.
Character optimisation wise we encourage effective characters who can contribute well, but nothing wholly over-optimised. Nothing that would want to make the GMs immediately house rule it, please.
The game will begin with an active prologue (Day 0) and then 12 Days of events for the campaign, although in character the campaign will take place over a period of months.
