Subject: Mini Combat Event: D0 A Snowflake's Chance in Hell

The signs and symptoms inside made clear that Nimi had not made things easy for the raiders. There wasn't much time to reflect in the rush to reach the source of the sounds of fighting that still remained, but he made a point of making a mental note - when Nimi asks for help, she means it.

The Gigoran is at the same time relieved and exasperated to see her still putting up a Hell of a fight at the command room. The last exchange between them raised the goliath's snowy brows - there was anger there, but... was that respect he sensed as well? It reminded him a bit of play-fights as a cur, although the context and the amount of blood made clear that no-one was playing here.

Thr Mandalorian's last words also led the white giant to look over their shoulder for a moment. Committee? He was the committee?

He almost smiled as his eyes turned back to the fight.No one had ever called him a committee!

These crusaders were dangerous and violent, but then suddenly they decided to be respectful. What an odd folk.

"The committee asks you to release her, crusader!", a booming voice bursts out.

"...Please", a much softer voice completes. Probably out of habit? Snowie's face indicated he wasn't too sure about having done that, but habits die hard...

"Please."

"Ooof!" Krannor doubles over but straightens himself. "Really farming, let me tell you a secret!"

Krannor, somehow still up, somehow in turn 5, trying to punch Snowflake yet again

He jumps to deliver a Glasgow kiss of his own, his helmet cracking against Snowflake's temple.

Krannor, trying to finish the dissing war.

"You're right, it's important for us to respect the producers of food. It might not be as honourable as being a warrior, but that's no reason for us to look down on them. Furthermore, herding is hard work and I'm sure it wasn't easy."

Nimi, who by this point had unpinned herself and was busy dressing her wounds with a medical kit could only shake her head as she looked between the two. "What in the actual feth is going on?" With a sigh she started bandaging her shoulder.

Memorable because absurd, but yet I couldn't stop laughing XD

Rece mentally dominates a Mandalorian Knight.

"Yeah? Well your self-worth is so tiny it can fit in a backpack!" Rece snatches the shield from where it fell in the snow and shoves it deep within the confines of his pack. "And I'm gonna take it apart later, right after I do the same to you!"

He scrambles away from slightly-less-but-still-very imposing Brother No-Shield, plugging him in the leg to slow his advance.

"Hostile sapients located, joyous day." Earp's monotone delivery belies the lightning speed with which the droid sprints across the pools, nimbly leaping from cover to cover, his two pistols laying dangerously accurate fire at Tomin, the last bolt managing to take her in the shoulder.

"Understand this, meatbags. I'm coming for you, and disgusting fleshy hell is coming with me."

"Oh hey, I think we're getting close," Apollo noticed from one of the sensors. With gusto and bravado, he climbed up the hatch and swung it open to get a better look.

"Drive me closer, I want to hit them with my co----! *cough* *hack* *wheeze*! Ugh! BUG!" The poor captain's obscenities was blocked by swallowing some random insect that normally would've just splattered on the windshield.

[Tomin]

"PREPARE FOR DANGER!" A red-haired human woman with a haughty expression addresses the vidscreen, posing dramatically. Apollo will recognize her as a woman from the archives he used to be involved with.

"AND MAKE IT... STRANGER!" The vidscreen refocuses on a slender Pantoran man. Apollo had a thing with him when he was an architect.

Both of them stepped into view.

"To save the world from the Mando scourge!" She said, smirking.

"To have some fun when we feel the urge!" He said, matching it.

"To strike our foes without pause!"

"Every day, we advance our cause!"

"Jasmine!" The woman's eyes glinted fiercely.

"Chase!" The man grinned whitely.

"Chaos squad, incoming!" They said together, posing.

... there was a brief pause.

Jasmine leaned forward. "Look, just come meet us at the old tower on the ridge two kilometers east of here, okay?"

"We'll call you! Bring Apollo, and come alooooone!" Chase said.

Jasmine straightened, frowning. "Well, alone except for Apollo." They looked at each other.

The feed turned off.

I actually really appreciate the serious soldiering in this post here:

This was more than a bit different then fighting in a Jedi temple that was falling apart around you. It was the type of fight Fec had been trained for though, up close and personal, things were going to get dirty fast. Adjusting his grip on his Carbine Fec glanced at the pair behind him.

"We go on three." He said firmly before turning his eyes to the hell in front of him. "One... Two,,, THREE!" And with that they charged.
