Holding her aim on the collapsed rogue Knight feels disturbing, despite knowing full well that this is not a helpless foe. The Temple is going to shake itself apart on top of them, including the actually helpless bodies of Sirina and Master Saubet. Her finger move to hover across the Stun setting for a moment before she decides she can't risk those helpless friends to Hanuel's still potent command of the Force.

But the Force responds to intent as much as action, and perhaps that's why the shot misses. Showered still more debris down to pin the fallen Jedi. "All the ruin..and you somehow tell yourself the end result is worth it? That's a lie tyrants tell themselves."

Haneul began to rise, her eyes glinting strangely. There was no regret in them. But what else? Doubt or certainty? Anger or serenity? It was hard to say. Clenching her fists, she mustered her power...

The Jedi statue cracked in half, toppling over. Haneul watched it as it fell, until it landed atop her, the renegade Jedi vanishing from sight.

There was a moment of silence, the raging storm seeming to still.

Then, all around, the temple began to come down, debris falling everywhere. The Hopers will need to act fast if they want to get out alive!

The combat is over, but the danger is not! Initiative is no longer used, but please do not make more than two more posts here before GM resolution.

Zephrin's Force Sight made the whole thing play out in glorious force-o-vision. The Temple was starting to shake... "We don't have long!" He reached down and gently lifted the slight figure of Master Maribri Saubet onto one shoulder.

"Tomin, Tereck, can you get to Sirina?" If the answer was yes then Zephrin would begin moving towards the nearest suitable exit point. If not then he would move to throw her over his other shoulder.

They were all going home if he had anything to say about it.

Well, that a convient falling statue, and honestly better then it falling on her then him. Still he wished he had another grenade to throw on that rubble, just in case.

Instead he glanced towards Zephrin and answered. "I got her." As he slung his weapon and moved towards the Pantoran. Aiming to throw the unconscious woman over his shoulder grab her gun and leave as quickly as possible.

Tomin needs to shift the rifle to its carrying position on her back before trying to skip out over all the rubble. In that pause she observes the fallen statue, sensing the chaotic churn of the Force after everything that's happened here. Is their opponent alive under all of that? Can she hear them fleeing?

One more breath before she turns toward the others, planning to assist with getting Sirina out. "Well, you taught me that I've focused too much on Seeing and need a bit more work on Doing. But it wasn't a lesson worth all this."

Underneath the statue, Haneul is not moving, but her life force is still there. Flickering, but still there.

More of the ceiling comes down with a crash. The Hopers will need to leave now if they don't want to be buried, too!

A nod to Terreck was enough. His fellow Jedi seemed less keen to escape. "We need to leave. Now Tomin. It can be rebuilt." Zephrin injected just enough urgency into his voice to hopefully rouse the others to action. Carrying Master Saubet he made for a safe exit as quickly as he dared.

Fec would welcome the help if Tomin managed to catch up before he left the building. He was pretty strong but there were limits and this rifle weighed a ton.

"Don't they usually just grow new temples from trees or something?" He quipped at Zeph as he continued his exit. No need to overstay his welcome.

She's pretty sure the buried Knight wouldn't think twice...and she actually had the ability to move piles of rubble. Tomin doesn't. Another lesson to consider?

But she's already running to catch up, leaping to dodge falling bits of stone and glass, so it'll be considered another time. Just like those agility drill they used to do in here, watched by the statues that were pulled to pieces saving them.

"Maybe we'll try that next time," she huffs as she moves to take the massive rifle from Terrick so he's only hauling its owner. "Giant tree temple to fall on people instead."

Watching Zephrin, she's sure he's being much too careful to be carrying a corpse, and that relief offers a burst of energy. "Bantha balls, Sirina, using actual lead ammo in this thing?" she grunts as she awkwardly shifts the sling to manage the beast alongside her own.
