Looks like there was another magistrate in the exhibit itself...but how to lure them out?

The first thought was, of course, to just shoot the guy. But that was a bit too messed up for her to go with. Instead, she went up to a panel and rearranged the wires to cause quite a fuss...

Othym looped around past the exhibition and back to the stairs, doing his best not to step on any particularly creaky stairs as he followed Zeline up. "How many crime scenes have you snuck into?" he said, his mouth a grin under the hood. He was definitely more comfortable here than the battlefield

There was a bright spark and a section of the building immediately lost power.
"Chalmers?...Chalmers? Stars." The magistrate quickly types 'AFK for 30 mins, be back soon, work stuff, feel free to ghost me' into his comm before heading down the stairs with his flashlight out, missing Zeline and Othym as he heads into the darkness.
The two of you are easily able to rendezvous in the now unguarded second story display hall where the Constitution was stolen from. The large room has several large display tables and cabinets, although you presume the empty one in the center was where the constitution was stored.
It's time to look for some clues.

Each PC can each examine 3 of the 5 clues present in the hall. PCs can examine the same clues if they wish.
Advantages and disadvantages convert at a 2:1 ratio to the next roll of that player. Triumph's upgrade their next ability check, despairs upgrade the difficulty.
The clues are:
Small marks on the display case glass around where it was cut with a laser or extremely sharp tool.
Average mechanics or perception check ◆◆
A faint draft in the room.
Average vigilance or resilience with one setback. ◆◆■
Checking the security footage.
Average computer or leadership check with one setback. ◆◆ ■
Following up on the last guard in the room.
It's not hard to access to get the com code of the last guard in the room who had been in the room. Understandably he's a bit down after the theft and being grilled by local policy. To get him talking the player character should roll their choice of charm or deception at average with one setback ◆◆ ■
Thinking on likely suspects.
Hard streetwise or knowledge underworld check ◆◆◆.
Each successful examination will give you a piece of the puzzle. You don't need to successfully examine all 5 to proceed.

Othym pulled out a stablight once they were alone, and began to poke around. The case was the obvious place to start, and immediately the light reflected through some fine cuts in its surface.

Zeline shrugged, faint smirk on her lips. "I don't know, I didn't keep count," she said, which was the truth. "Thankfully, I never got arrested for it." A clean record let her get into this mess. Maybe a life of petty crime would have been better, actually.
"Yeah, well, sometimes people get way too inspired by the Holovids." Zeline almost pulled out a cigarette to light one up so she could look cool just like in, well, a Holovid. Instead, she went over to speak to the guard from earlier. "Sorry about that, had some weird guy try to talk over the comm," she said, waving Othym away. "Yeah, yeah, umm... I'm new, yeah. First day, actually."

Othym, as you examine the case you realise you've seen similar (although not the exact same) techniques used elsewhere. The smudges on the glass are clearly from the metal feet of a small droid that was clambering over the glass.
Zeline, you're able to trace the draft to its source. A small hole but neat hole has been cut into one of the pipes up in the roof used for air conditioning. Now it's merely sending a faint chill into the room. Then when you check the footage from the day of the robbery you pretty quickly put together that the feed has been looped! The slicer did a good job hiding their trail but it only takes a little more effort to trace it to somewhere in the city of Copus. There's also a note from one of the security guards urging a colleague to 'check out the dame with the legs that go all the way up' who was apparently one of the last people in the room on the day it was stolen. Although there's no sign of her on the footage...
With what you've learned Othym sits and clears his mind for a moment. He knows that the Alpine Clan runs most of the crime on the planet, but it seems unlikely they would steal one of their own culture artifacts. Whoever stole the constitution must be new on the scene, an outsider.
Slowly, the pierces fit together. A skilled slice, an outsider, Copus, droids....dames. One place fits all of those. Club Kasakar is based in that Copus, it has shady underworld links, it's relatively new and is known to make use of advanced drones and electronics in its build and performances. Clearly that should be your next destination!

"Well, guess we got a dame with nice legs and nicer droids." This would have been a great time for a drag from a cigarette but she didn't want to disturb the guards any more than they already had. "What she'd want with a Declaration of Independence, though... Well, only one way to find out." Also a great time to rack a shotgun though she wasn't the sort to use such a ridiculous weapon like some sort of Mandalorian.

It was simple enough when you put it together. A plant distracting the guards, a hidden droid, waiting until closing time and then...voila. The constitution was cut out and carried in only a couple minutes. Pretty good, but not good enough to stump you. Although...
There's the sound of someone largely smacking a baton into their palm as Chalmers, Skinner and 2 other magistrates slowly walk into the hall.
"Well well well, took us for a couple of hams, did you?"
"Got me really steamed up."
"You were obviously grilling us for information."
"Old family recipe for trouble on Obroa-Skai, misleading a magistrate like that."
They start slowly advancing on you.
"The Tank sends his regards."

2 of the magistrates go down before they even realise what's happening. They turn to flee but Zelin's shooting hit the panel she sabotaged earlier and electricity is arcing across the stairs!

The hail of bolts sends the final magistrate flying, dead. As you look around you can hear alarms wailing in the building. Apparently multiple blaster shots were where the sensors drew the line.
