Day 7

Vala got on the work on the new command centre and this proved to be an entirely new challenge to tackle. At least, that's what she told herself when she fumbled with unloading some building materials from the cargo and sent them scattering on the floor in a mess. She took an awkward pause as she looked around the room and found a lack of things to pin it on. After a moment, she let out a sigh and spoke out loud to no one in particular. "Well...I'm sure this still counts at unloading them."

Day 7

Hearing that the Hopers had started working on building a new and important room that might be essential to the current effort to protect Obroa-Skai, Snowflake really put his back into it. For now, most of the work was unloading materials and getting them ready to be used - and that he found he could do easily.

The lessons he had started taking on how to feel these things he sometimes felt and unknowingly projected were apparently helping, too. He felt he could embrace those feelings, and they helped him focus and find renewed strength!

Day 8

Vala found herself back at work on the next day, regretfully at that. She was hoping all of the work would be done and seeing the same work in progress before her was really dragging her spirits down. It might have explained why she was probably more at ease with busy work rather than actually working to contribute toward the rebuilding of the room. Well, she supposed vacuuming the room would prevent it from getting into someone's eyes later. The benefits were intangible...but she was sure that someone would thank her that they weren't impeded from their work, should they be actually productive here.
