Quick question on D9 event "for all time"
The D9 listing says it'd open to all not participating in combat. The wording on the thread itself says its open to all PCs.
Given what the standard was for the other days, may we assume its actually open to all, regardless of participation in combat?
Thanks!

PCs wishing to gain entrance to the archives may choose to roll an average with one setback deception, stealth or education with a setback
I assume the above was meant to be.....

Re: GM Questions
Something about the shell game setup in the Archive event is confusing me.
Most of the rolls indicate things adding to right answer/red herrings based on success/failure, which makes sense and sounds like it happens 'correctly' regardless of which spire the PCs chose? But their initial choice does have a one time effect on the right answer/red herrings?
i.e.
Tomin enters the Spire of Family, but that is actually a red herring. The initial bit before any rolls indicates that this will give upgrades to pass among the herring.
But the rolls after that assign things to the answers based on success/failure. So even if...fluffwise, she's investigating the wrong Spire, the roll is going to affect the answers independently of that?

I've edited the event language to hopefully make it a bit clearer.Tomin wrote: ↑Fri Mar 10, 2023 7:56 amSomething about the shell game setup in the Archive event is confusing me.

Essentially, even if you're in the 'wrong' spire you can still succeed and increase the ability roll of the correct answer. You're just coming at it from a different direction.
At the end of the event I'll add up successes rolled by each character and then divide them between the spires they chose. The spire with the most successes between all characters will be the one chosen by the players.

In regards to the archives, when adding a Froce die, I assume we convert pips to successes? Or advantages? Or what is the ratio?

Re: GM Questions
For the credit pools in Get Wrecked, can they be combined or do they need to be spent by the player who rolled for them? We're just wondering if we can combine our totals to save up for some sort of giant space laser. Or perhaps a Peace Moon?

Convert pips to success or advantage at a 1:1 ratio (with the usual rules for conflict if you tap into the dark side)Flora Sylvana wrote: ↑Fri Mar 10, 2023 11:53 amIn regards to the archives, when adding a Froce die, I assume we convert pips to successes? Or advantages? Or what is the ratio?
